Any two bodies attract each other by virtue of their masses. The force of attraction between two bodies is

where G is gravitation Constant.
m1 and m2 are masses
and r is the distance between two masses.
in these equation gravitation force is inversely proportion two 'r' . that mean if the distance between two bodies increases , gravitational force decreases. that why if we go in outside the earth or space , we feel no gravitation force.
When we climb a mountain if have to apply more force. because gravitation force oppose our motion.
in push up exercise we continuously trying to oppose gravity. that help to build our muscles.
don't oppose to much gravity , it will harm your body. increase your stamina day by day.
